Return Policy:

Items in new/uninstalled condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Frameset and complete bike sales are final. If there’s a problem with one of our products we will do our best to resolve the issue. We want you to be happy.

Complete bike deposits may be refunded up until you have confirmed/finalized the parts list and we have begun special ordering parts for the build and begun on the assembly of your custom bike.

Shipping Policy:

We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you select expedited shipping, we will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. If you require expedited delivery with a firm date, please email us at or call us at (510) 985-9858 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tumbleweed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages from either USPS or UPS. You may file a claim using the shipping confirmation email you receive when placing an order and we’ll help how we can but the claim is your responsibility. 

For international orders the customer is responsible for all taxes and customs duties that go along with a package.

Customer Satisfaction:

We work hard to make our customers happy, and take any customer satisfaction issues on a case by case basis. We will try to accommodate special requests in a reasonable manner. We are a small business and our customers are incredibly important to us. If you have a question or problem, reach out to us and we will work to resolve it in a fair and timely manner. We are humans and can sometimes make mistakes, but we are constantly working to improve our products and processes.

Damages and Warranty:

Most products are covered for one year for manufacturer's defects and bicycle frames are covered for three years.
